Why I do this
I run an NGO and I market on the internet. Those two jobs used to sit in different parts of my week. AI search collapsed them.
Watching funders and partners start their research inside a chat window rather than a search box changed what I think nonprofits need to know. Not more content. Not better rankings. A clear, consistent, machine-readable account of who they are and what they have actually proven.
Most of the writing about this is aimed at ecommerce. Almost none of it is aimed at a two-person communications team with no budget and a mandate that matters. That gap is the reason this site exists.

What I work on
Strategic leadership
Setting direction and defending it when budgets move.
Project design and execution
From logframe to delivery, including the parts nobody enjoys.
Digital marketing and AI SEO
Visibility in search and, increasingly, in generated answers.
Digital transformation
Moving organisations off spreadsheets and habit.
Grant writing and fundraising
Proposals that survive an evaluator reading forty of them.
Stakeholder engagement
Donors, ministries, partners, communities. Different languages, same project.
Intercultural communication
Working across the Balkans means this is not a soft skill.
Budget planning and reporting
The part auditors read first.
AI and technology integration
Where it earns its place, and where it does not.
